We have a recognized experience providing solutions to the needs of our clients, with more than 30 years of activity, forming a reference company in the operations of the basins of the Gulf of San Jorge, Austral, Neuquén, and even overseas.
Institutional profile
MERO S.A. began its activities in the year 1984 developing tasks of sale of chemical products and special lubricants, applied to the preventive maintenance of machines, engines and industrial equipments.
The insertion of large machines in the industry, boosted the technical evolution of maintenance that at that time did not provide the attention according to them, nor to the international standards: This is how the diagnostic tribological laboratory is born.
In 1993, with the development of new products related to preventive maintenance of IPE gearboxes (individual pumping equipments), begins a stage of services in fields in the area of the San Jorge Gulf, which would then expand to the Neuquén and Austral (Tierra del Fuego) basins.
This initial step in the permanent search for continuous growth and the prospect of preventive maintenance, allowed for the incursion into areas of oil production and later Gas; Beginning with the development in systems of cleaning of surface installations.
This meant the design of combined and innovative equipment, which allowed to count on location with a completely autonomous service and of high quality.
Cleanling was and is only an initial part of our maintenance processes; Which is then followed by an inspection and diagnostic scheme.
An icon within our diagnostic services, was the inspection of tanks with the principle of MFL(Magnetic Flux Leakage) with RIT (Rosen Inspection Technologies) from Germany: another example of our path to excellence.
Currently, our activity is present in bottom of wells facilities,
through the supply of products for the gas industry, commercializing action sparkling, anti-corrosive, etc., bars directed to solve problems specific production and preventative maintenance.
